Wellbeing and Employability clubs

Did you know that the St Paul’s Centre runs two successful clubs designed to offer participants the opportunity to enjoy fellowship and acquire life skills?

Every Monday from 9.15am until 12.30pm, the Centre hosts the Wellbeing and Employability clubs and they are both free to join.

The Wellbeing Club gives local people the chance to enjoy coffee and chat, quizzes and games, light exercise, music tuition and singing. An art session also takes place and has a nominal fee of £2 to cover the cost of materials.

The Employability Club is specifically designed to help those looking for work, improve their skills base. The session includes Information Technology skills, basic maths, confidence building, problem solving and tips on enhancing CVs. Other areas on offer at the club include anger management sessions, advice on being a better listener and communicator and help to overcome addictive behaviours.

Free tea and coffee and toast are available throughout the morning sessions for participants. For more information about the clubs, contact the Centre on 813404, or visit on a Monday morning.
